1. Agreement Overview

We offer court filing, process serving, investigations, document drafting, record retrievals, court reporting, interpreting, conference rooms, and related professional services. Specific deliverables and timelines will be confirmed via email.

3. Client Obligations
You agree to:

• Cooperate with our team;
• Promptly deliver any requested documentation;
• Keep login credentials confidential;
• Pay all fees and costs as outlined in engagement agreements.

4. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees, deposits, and billing schedules are detailed in your signed engagement agreement. Payments are due within the specified timeframe, and late payments may incur interest. We may suspend work for non-payment.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials and content created by us remain our intellectual property, except as granted for client use. You may use them only for their intended purposes; any other use requires prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy
We treat all client communications, documents, and data as confidential. We will not share them without your consent or as required by law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data.

7. Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
Our services are provided “as-is.” While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee specific legal outcomes. We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service in the last twelve months.

8. Termination & Suspension
Either party may terminate services as per the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately upon breach, such as non-payment. After termination, outstanding fees are still payable, and confidentiality obligations continue.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes should first be addressed informally. If unresolved within thirty days, the dispute will go to binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

10. Amendments & Updates
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted online, and the effective date will be revised. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these changes.
